Terms of use
Effective September 14, 2026. These terms apply to use of ProjectCalc and its calculators.
Estimates and scope
ProjectCalc supplies general estimating tools and explanatory information. Results depend on your inputs and the stated assumptions. Verify site measurements, actual product dimensions, yields, order increments and project specifications before purchasing materials or performing work.
Your project decisions
The calculators do not provide engineering approval, structural design, code compliance, geotechnical analysis or a contractor quote. Required hole depth, member sizes, foundations, reinforcement and other design decisions must come from the responsible professional, approved drawings, local authority or manufacturer.
Costs and quantities
Cost defaults are illustrative and are not current local prices. Currency labels do not perform currency conversion. Allowances and purchase quantities are estimates; supplier packaging, minimum orders and actual conditions may change the final order.
Availability and corrections
We work to keep calculations accurate and tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or an error-free result. Content and calculators may change as issues are found or methods improve. Please report reproducible errors.
Reasonable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security controls or represent ProjectCalc’s estimates as professional certification. You may copy, print and share calculation results for your projects.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular project. ProjectCalc is not responsible for purchasing, installation or other decisions based solely on an estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
